Genesis Property, a developer specializing in modern retail parks, will once again be an exhibitor at the autumn edition of SCF 2025. In addition to its current projects in cities such as Ozorków, Zabrze, Szczawno-Zdrój near Walbrzych, Tczew, Piñczów and Łęczyca near Poznań, among others, the company is preparing several new proposals to present to visitors.

About the first half of the year Genesis Property
“This year we successfully opened two retail parks – in Zagan and Brzeziny. Later this month, a retail park in Ropczyce in the Podkarpacie region will welcome its first customers,” – says Krzysztof Zagórski, a member of Genesis Property’s management board.
“Our other projects are also not losing intensity. In addition to the construction of our second retail park in Ozorków, which has already begun, we have very advanced work in Szczawno-Zdrój near Walbrzych, where we have already reached more than 70% commercialization and the tender for a general contractor will be announced soon. Similarly, in Zabrze on Rymera Street, dynamic work is underway on a project that is very popular with tenants.
Responding to such great interest, we have developed such technical solutions to increase the area to 14,500 GLA. Work is also continuing on our other very important projects, i.e. in Tczew (12,300 GLA), Piñczów (4,900 GLA) and Łęczyca near Poznań (2,900 GLA).” – Krzysztof Zagórski adds.

September 24, 2025, 7pm – that’s exactly when the first guests will enter Club BANK on Mazowiecka Street. The afterparty, ending the first day of #scf2025fall, will be attended by VIP admission card holders. However, the list of participants is limited to 300 people. Therefore, the date of purchase of the admission card will be decided.

The #scf2025fall is also distinguished by the Meeting Point zone, which will accommodate 1,000 Forum participants during this edition.
